Diagnostics
The bottom of the Lodging modules also includes a report on the latest STR Diagnostics. This will indicate when your last report was processed and if anything would have changed, such as STR report type or number of sub-markets being reported, since your last report. A flat line would indicate no change in the type or number of rows in your report. A change may indicate that you've added or dropped a segment in your STR subscription, or a processing error.
The KPIs at the top of the Lodging: Hotel modules are set to only show your Primary Geography, which is a setting on the backend. The Selected Primary Geography insight shows all STR segments selected as your Primary Geography. Please contact your advisor if you would like to change your Primary Geography.
