We've released two major features and made many updates as well. Every change that we make to the Zartico OS application is thoughtfully made for you, our DMO partner!

 

Two New Product Features And Data Modules

We are thrilled to announce two major product updates releasing this month. These updates will revolutionize the way your destination uncovers intelligence and insights to steward and elevate your visitor economy. Also just as important, we have rolled out a significant update regarding geolocation normalization.

Website Contribution [PUBLIC-BETA]

Website contribution helps you measure the influence your website has on people traveling to your destination. It will tell you who goes to your website and then actually travels to your destination. We make this possible by pairing website data with our geolocation data. 

Affinity Credit Card Data [PUBLIC-BETA]

Affinity credit card data is a game-changer. The pairing of Affinity’s real-time purchase intelligence with Zartico’s Operating System allows you, the DMO, to gain real-time visibility into the purchase behavior of nearly 94 million customers who spend over $650 billion annually.

Affinity is a new Zartico data partner for domestic credit card data. They have direct relationships with 3000+ financial institutions allowing them to currently see 34 million cards and growing, 1500+ brands, 3 years historical data, 10B+ transactions annually. We will be receiving this data congruent to how we receive geolocation data, meaning daily data updated every week.

Geolocation Normalization

Because of the importance and foundational intelligence geolocation data provides anyone wanting to understand the visitor flow of their place, Zartico has committed months of research and data science to innovate an industry-leading normalization methodology. Zartico is committed to providing the clearest view of the visitor economy which is why we've taken the necessary steps to normalize the geolocation data stream in order to provide even greater insights backed by science.

 

We Made Lots Of Existing Data Module Enhancements

  • We've expanded the Content Module to include month-over-month shifts in Content Topics-- You can now see changes in content topics over time rather than just a snapshot of performance!
  • We've added Impressions, Post Engagement, Link Clicks, and CTR to Paid Social module KPI section-- This will help you observe performance for campaigns in addition to just link clicks!
  • We've added top 10 and bottom 10 posts to Instagram and add interaction to click through to a post URL-- It's now easy to see post-performance and click through to a specific post easily.
  • We've added Basic Credit card insight back to the Media Planning Module
  • We did a little fall cleaning to the UI/UX changes to the Paid Social Module
  • Our location data partner changed their name from Uber Media to Near, so we've updated "Source: UM" to "Source: Near" in all related modules for consistency.
  • We updated the language in Visitor Flow modules Verbiage Neighborhood Module from "Visitor Volume" or "Visitor Count" to "Device Volume" or "Device Count." This is because our geolocation data is just a reliable sample of the overall count of visitors in your destination, not every single visitor.
  • We've added greater insight for Highest Performing Pages in the Website Module-- You can now click on a page link within the insight and be immediately taken to that page within a new browser tab. This will mean less of having to remember what was mentioned on each page!
  • We've added greater insight for At-Risk Pages in the Website Module-- We've made an update so that you can click on a page link within the insight and be immediately taken to that page within a new browser tab!
  • We've added a drill-in Insight to Visitor-to-Resident Ratio by Neighborhood and/or Region-- This makes it easier for you to understand the top 10 POIs feeding into your visitor-to-resident ratio by day!
