We are big fans of the Japanese concept of Kaizen. Very simply, the Kaizen approach is based on the belief that continuous, incremental improvement adds up to substantial change over time. The word kaizen translates to “good change.”
Therefore, we are happy to provide a couple of really good changes to our process/procedures for a few things.
STR Weekly
We’ve updated our STR Weekly data processing to an automated procedure. This streamlined back-end will manifest in a smoother front-end experience for our partners. Look for more UX/UI improvements when version 3.0 launches on Sep 22.
VisaVue has changed to Visa Destination Insights
A small change to the way we are collecting Visa Destination Insights data. Here's a handy guide to the new process. Just send us the zip file and we'll take care of the rest, similar to the way we receive your STR and AirDNA reports (if you're sending those).
