October 7, 2022 Release Notes

"Yesterday’s home runs don’t win today’s games." Babe Ruth

We’re just two weeks past the launch of ZDOS 3.0 and the work to improve this new version of the operating system has already begun. In fact, this week's updates are in perfect alignment with our mission to provide the clearest view of the visitor economy because they pertain directly to important measures of the visitor economy.

Added a “Visa Diagnostics” section to the bottom of both the non-state and state Visa modules. This section is intended to serve as a means of troubleshooting issues if any data does not appear in the module.

Added visitor spending by “Primary Category” as a filter to the Trends: Visitor Spending module. This update allows you to sort the data by spending category.

Within the Trends: Visitor Flow non-state module we added another option to understand “Where are visitors going within your destination?”

This update adds “Visitation % and Visitor-to-Resident Ratio by City” to the existing “Visitation % and Visitor-to-Resident Ratio by Region” drop-down menu.

If you’d like to share feedback on 3.0, we’d enjoy hearing from you here. We'd love to hear what you like or what you'd like to see us improve in our next round of product updates. Be sure to join our new LinkedIn User Community Group, where you can connect with fellow destination leaders like yourself.

Friendly reminder, throughout October, we're providing various dedicated Zarticoach education opportunities specific to ZDOS 3.0. See which session fits your needs!
