May 20, 2022 Release Notes

At Zartico, we are all about creating healthy boundaries (and cheesy puns…).

By setting and enforcing limits we create stronger relationships. In fact, an important update to our geolocation and spending data relates to the ability to create more specific and precise boundaries. As a result of this improvement, our partners will see a stronger relationship between visitors and their impact on the local economy.

For our city or region partners within a large county or several counties, we have created a clearer way to see visitor spending and geolocation-related activity. Going forward, your advisor will set the default view to reflect spend and location information within only the destination boundary you are responsible for. However, the additional county data will still be available if needed. The impact of this update will be seen across the entirety of the ZDOS®. Please reach out to your advisor if you have questions or would like to filter out a City or Region from your data.

New STR Metrics

For partners that want to compare their 2021 STR metrics to 2019 due to the pandemic in 2020 we’ve added 2019, 2020 and 2021 metrics for STR demand and revenue for easy benchmarking. This update allows partners to view three years of hotel revenue or demand in a single chart. 📆

But wait, there’s more…

Users will now see the term "Average Transaction Amount" instead of “Average Cardholder Spend” in the visitor spend insights within the Destination Awareness, Media Planning and Visitor Spending modules. This revision is a more accurate reflection of the data that is shown.  💳💳💳

New feature within the Media Planning Module that allows partners to see which webpages within a website content topic are driving traffic. 👀

Feel free to submit your feedback on the ZDOS™ or if you need help, email us at support@zartico.com. We love to hear what our partners like or what you'd like to see us improve in our next round of updates.
