Brené Brown, the renowned researcher, and bestselling author has inspired countless people including many of us at Zartico. Her words have shown us the importance of embracing our imperfections.
These product release notes are where we communicate updates to the ZDOS®️ that correct some type of imperfection. It may be a simple coding error, a bug, or an oversight. Regardless, we are always working to identify these shortcomings to improve the reliability, speed, and ease with which we deliver insights.
In this regard, we have resolved a bug that was affecting the scheduled email exports of modules. Prior to this fix, after scheduling an email to send on the 25th day of every month, it would revert to the 4th Thursday of every month (or whatever day the 25th fell on). We also fixed a bug that was causing the error message “Failed to Load the Dashboard” for some users. 🐞🐛
For our State partners, we have removed the Non-US DMA from the Market Index as it was incorrectly affecting the device count index. We also launched a new variable for the tax category. This will allow our advisors to set which tax categories show in the standard tax insights.
Guide: Your Destination - Monthly STR was missing in the summary module. This has been added back including helpful hyperlinks to Knowledge Base articles regarding Visitor Economy Index, Spending Categories, and Trip Type.
Foundations: Destination Management & Economic Opportunity - We’ve added a link to a Knowledge Base article so partners can easily find relevant NAICS codes. https://support.zartico.com/what-is-the-bls-index
Lastly, all modules/insights have been updated to reflect 2023. Please note, the Visitor Economy Index, STR Monthly and STR Weekly will be updated when the January 2023 STR report is delivered.
