August 2021 Product Updates

Bugs are gross. We took care of them for you and added in some neat enhancements too.

Enhancement: "Facebook Traffic to Website" Insight

  • The measure (size) has been updated to reflect GA - Avg. Session Duration - Facebook.

Bug Fix: Website Contribution Data Load

  • We did a lot of techy things behind the scenes to ensure that Website Contribution data has a new record every day.

Bug Fix: Incorrect Metric - "Events - Detailed"

  • In some cases, insights showed events having a rank above 100. Made adjustments from using "Sum of Rank" and "Sum of Aviation Rank" to to the correct metric of "Average Rank" and "Average Aviation Rank." 

Enhancement: YouTube Module

  • Added an "Insight Traffic Source Type" attribute filter to the top of the YouTube module. We have received feedback that our partners want to exclude advertising efforts when looking at this data.
  • Added a note under the "YouTube Engagement By Video" to clarify that the size of the bubble is Video Duration (in seconds).

Enhancement: Content Module

  • Added a "Site" filter to the top of this module. We have heard this request from partners that have multiple sites connected.

Enhancement: Paid Search Module

  • Removed the "Facebook Ads - Campaign Objective" filter from the top of this module.

Enhancement: Group Sales Module

  • Adjusted the "Definite EI" KPI set to Definite Date instead of Attributed Date.
  • Adjusted the "Canceled Requested Rooms" KPI is set to Canceled Date instead of Lost Business Date.
  • Under 4 Group Sales in the Group Sales by Definites section, provided a better clarifying heading: "How do definite requested room nights differ by third party?"
