Announcing our new Strategic Planning module! We've also streamlined your navigation and made it easier to find with you need.

You’ve told us that the ZDOS™ experience is overwhelming and confusing — and we have heard you. Your new ZDOS™ makes actionable insights easier to find and reduces clutter that gets in the way of accessing the data you need to make strategic decisions. 

Here’s what’s new:

The cream rises to the top 

We've noticed that most of you return regularly to a few hardworking modules to help you address your strategic needs. So we have moved these "winners" within easy reach — the most-used modules are now consolidated at the top of your navigation. These core modules are numbered, and we’ve changed the names slightly to make them easier to read.

Everyone gets a new module!

You have a brand new module called Strategic Planning. This module aggregates the insights we find partners turn to most often when planning campaigns, identifying need periods or areas of compression, and making strategic decisions. 

The Strategic Planning module combines many of the most popular insights from two of the Foundations modules (Demand Generation and Economic Opportunity) and will be very useful for market analysis, content personalization strategies, and more.

Hiding modules with repeat information

We’ve automatically hidden the Foundations modules:

  • Destination Management (for Basic partners)
  • Demand Generation, Distribution – Visitor, Economic Opportunity (for Standard, Enterprise, and State partners)

The value of these modules is readily available in other core modules, and hiding them further simplifies your navigation.
