Lodging Core combines performance insights for hotels and short-term vacation rentals
A new ZDOS® Destination module is live today for Zartico Lodging Data subscribers. Lodging Core delivers KPIs and trends for hotels and short-term vacation rentals (STVR) within a destination's primary geographic boundary. Coverage includes more than 135 national hotel brands, as well as direct STVR data from property management systems and data pulled from popular sites like VRBO and Airbnb.
This module displays top KPIs such as occupancy and average daily rate (ADR), and also dives deeper into strategic metrics like length of stay and booking window.
